Essential Guidelines and Mandatory Documents for RRB Group D 2025 CBT Exam
You must adhere strictly to the guidelines mentioned in the RRB Group D CBT e-call letter. Check all the details beforehand:
Mandatory Documents to Carry
You will be denied entry without the following documents:
- Printed Copy of the RRB Group D 2025 Admit Card: This is a mandatory document to be downloaded from the regional RRB website.
- A Valid Original Photo ID Proof: This is required for verification and Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication. Accepted IDs include:
- Aadhaar Card (original or e-verified printout)
- Voter ID Card
- PAN Card
- Driving License
- Passport
- One Passport-Sized Photograph: It should be the same as the one uploaded during the application process.
- Category/PwBD Certificate: If applicable and required for any special consideration.
Reporting Time and Entry Protocols
- Arrive Early: Reach the exam centre well in advance of the reporting time mentioned on your admit card (usually 45-60 minutes before the exam starts) to complete security checks and biometric verification.

- Gate Closure: Entry into the exam hall is strictly prohibited after the gate closure time specified on the admit card.
- Biometric Verification: Aadhaar-based biometric authentication is compulsory. Candidates must ensure they do not apply henna/Mehendi on their hands as it may interfere with the biometric capture.
Prohibited Items
Strictly avoid carrying the following items into the exam center, as they are not allowed:
- Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, cameras, etc.
- Stationery & Study Material: Textual material, bits of paper, geometry/pencil box, plastic pouch, pens (pens will be provided at the centre in some cases), notes, log tables, etc.
- Personal Belongings & Accessories: Bags, wallets, purses, belts with large buckles, jewellery, metallic items, goggles, any eatable items (opened or packed), water bottles (unless specified as allowed by the center), etc.
In-Hall Instructions
- Follow Invigilator Instructions: Follow all instructions given by the exam officials and invigilators at all times.
- Rough Work: All rough work must be done on the sheets provided at the centre. These sheets must be returned to the invigilator after the exam. Do not write anything on the admit card or question paper.
- Silence & Discipline: Maintain strict silence and decorum throughout the examination. Communication with other candidates is strictly forbidden.
- Self-Declaration: Candidates will be required to write a self-declaration paragraph, sign, and affix their Left Thumb Impression (LTI) in the presence of the invigilator inside the exam hall.
- Do Not Leave Early: You are not allowed to leave the exam hall until the test is over.
Comprising 100 questions, the RRB Group D exam covers General Science, Mathematics, Reasoning, and General Awareness, with a total duration of 90 minutes.
UP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be conducted in four rounds, allocating 85% state quota seats based on choices, NEET scores, and reservations. The remaining 15% All India Quota seats will be managed by MCC.
UP NEET PG 2025 counselling dates have been officially released on the state’s exam portal, upneet.gov.in. You can begin round 1 registration process from November 06, 2025. To participate in the seat allocation, you must register online and submit your preferred choices of colleges and courses. The deadline for application submission is October 10, 2025. New Rules for JEE Main 2026 Exam Centre Selection
Candidates can select up to four exam cities based on preference.
New rule: Cities must be from your Permanent or Present Address state.
NTA will allot the nearest available centres based on Permanent Address.
