The last date to submit challenges for NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination provisional answer key is June 28, 2026, at 11:50 PM. Those who appeared for the test conducted on June 21, 2026, can access the answer keys and their recorded OMR responses directly through the login portal at the official NEET website and must complete any objections before the deadline.

NTA has released the NEET 2026 provisional answer key and opened the challenge window to flag any questions you believe require a fresh look by submitting online objections supported by verifiable academic evidence and a processing fee of INR 200 per question. This fee is refunded if the expert panel accepts your challenge.

The provisional answer key challenge window officially opened on June 25 following the release of the answer keys. You have until 28 June 2026 to submit the objections, as NTA will not accept any challenges submitted after the deadline or via unauthorized channels like email or post.

Here are the steps to make a challenge the provisional answer key for NEET UG 2026:

Step 1: Visit neet.nta.nic.in and sign in using your Application Number and Password.
Step 2: Enter the specific Question Paper Series Code (e.g., 50, 60, 70, or 80) exactly as printed on the cover of the test booklet you kept after the exam.
Step 3: Select the question(s) you wish to challenge.
Step 4: You must attach supporting documentation for each claim, such as references from NCERT textbooks or other reputable academic publications.
Step 5: Pay the non-refundable processing fee via Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
