National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release NEET PG 2025 advanced city slips on July 21. All registered and eligible candidates will receive an email on their registered IDs, informing them of their allocated test city. This follows a previous window from June 13 to June 17, where candidates could resubmit their preferred test city choices, as per NBEMS notices dated June 7 and June 11. Candidates should note that this slip only reveals the exam city; the exact examination centre address will be provided later on the admit cards, releasing July 31.

The NEET PG 2025 exam, initially scheduled for June 15, was postponed to August 3 (9 AM - 12:30 PM) following a Supreme Court direction in the first week of June. The NBE explained this rescheduling was influenced by their technology partner, TCS, who advised that August 3 was the earliest possible date for a single-format exam. This required significant logistical preparations, including securing robust computing facilities, mobilizing 60,000 personnel, deploying over 2000 additional exam servers, and identifying appropriate test centers. The NBE's June 3 affidavit to the Supreme Court detailed that 242,679 candidates were slated to take the exam at 448 test centers across 195 cities, originally in two shifts.
