The registration period for JEE Advanced 2026 for foreign nationals and OCI/PIO candidates has officially concluded. The deadline for submission passed on May 2 with the final window for fee payments closing on May 4, 2026.

Originally opened by IIT Roorkee on April 6, the JEE Advanced 2026 registration window allowed eligible international candidates to register directly through the official portal without the prerequisite of appearing for JEE Main. Candidates who met the specific eligibility criteria outlined by the conducting institute have now completed their enrollment for the upcoming examination.

For foreign nationals and OCI/PIO candidates registering for JEE Advanced 2026, the specific documentation required standard digital uploads like a photograph (4–100 kb) and signature (1–30 kb). Applicants must provide a Photo Identity Proof and a Birth Certificate for age verification, both in PDF format (50–300 kb). Crucially, to establish the status, you have to upload either an OCI/PIO Card, a Foreign Passport, or a Citizenship Certificate. A Class 12 (or equivalent) Mark Sheet is mandatory for those who completed their exams prior to 2026. All document uploads, excluding the photo and signature, must be in PDF format within the specified 50 to 300 kb range.
