ANM & GNM 2026: Complete Mandatory OBC Category Confirmation by June 28

The last date for the declaration of OBC Class for availing reservation benefits under ANM & GNM-2026 has been extended to 28 June 2026 (11:59 PM). All eligible candidates who intend to claim a reservation under the OBC category must complete their declaration on the online portal before the deadline. 

To avail of the 7% OBC reservation in the admission for ANM & GNM 2026, you must complete the mandatory OBC Class declaration. Failure to submit this declaration within the timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your reservation claim during the counseling and admission process. Log in to the portal using your application credentials and accurately select your OBC Class based on the official Gazette Notifications from the Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal.

Keep in mind that this step is mandatory. If you miss this deadline or fail to provide a valid, original OBC certificate issued by a competent authority during counseling and document verification, your reservation claim will be canceled. Since you won't be able to make any edits or late submissions once the portal shuts down, make sure you finalize your declaration to ensure your eligibility for the Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) status and reservation benefits remains intact throughout the selection process.Candidates to whom this notification is not applicable may disregard this notice.

Check how to confirm your OBC status for the 2026 ANM & GNM admission:

• Step 1: Visit the official ANM & GNM 2026 online portal.
• Step 2: Use your official application credentials (User ID and Password) to sign in to your candidate dashboard.
• Step 3: Find the designated tab or link labeled "OBC Class Declaration" or similar.
• Step 4: Select your specific OBC Class.
• Step 5: Carefully verify all information entered.
• Step 6: Submit your declaration and save or print a copy of your submitted declaration for your personal records to present during future document verification.

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling will be conducted in four rounds, allocating 85% state quota seats based on choices, NEET scores, and reservations. The remaining 15% All India Quota seats will be managed by MCC.

UP NEET PG 2025 counselling dates have been officially released on the state’s exam portal, upneet.gov.in. You can begin round 1 registration process from November 06, 2025. To participate in the seat allocation, you must register online and submit your preferred choices of colleges and courses. The deadline for application submission is October 10, 2025. If you have qualified NEET PG 2025 exam and meet the minimum cutoff criteria, you are eligible to take part in Uttar Pradesh NEET PG counselling process.
