UG Courses 

The eligibility requirements for each course in the DUET 2024 UG program vary depending on the program's needs. Therefore, Candidates should review the course - by - course comprehensive eligibility list provided below for DUET UG 2024 programs.

I. B.A (Hons) Economics : 

Applicants must have completed 10 + 2 examination or any equivalent examination with mathematics and must have scored 45% aggregate marks in the examination.

 

II. B.A. Hons. (Humanities and Social Sciences) : 

Candidates must have scored 60% marks in their 10 + 2 exam or any equivalent examination.

 

III. Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, Health Education and Sports : 

Candidates must have scored 45% marks in their 10 + 2 exam or any equivalent examination.

 

IV. BA Hons Multimedia and Mass Communication : 

Candidates must have scored 75% marks in all the four main subjects and 85% in English in their 10 + 2 exam or any equivalent examination.

 

V. B.Tech : 

Candidates must have scored 60% marks in all the four subjects (Mathematics mandatory) in their 10 + 2 exam or any equivalent examination.

 

PG Courses :

The DUET PG course - by - course eligibility details for 2024 are provided below for the benefit of applicants.

I. M.Sc. Electronics or M.Sc. Physics : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% marks (For Reserved category - OBC candidates 54% and for SC/ ST candidates 40%) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.   

II. M.Sc. Resource Management and Design Application : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks  in B.Sc Home Science in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

III. M.Sc. Plant Molecular Biology & Biotechnology : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in B.Sc Plant Science in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

IV. M.Sc. Physics : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in B.Sc Physics(Hons.) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

V. M.Sc. Microbiology : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% marks in B.Sc Microbiology(Hons.) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

VI. M.Sc Informatics : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in Physical Science in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

VII. M.Com : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in B.Com in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.  

VIII. MA/ M.Sc Statistics : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university. 

IX. M.A Social Work : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university. 

X. M.A. Psychology : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 55% marks in B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A. (General)/ B.A. in Psychology in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university. 

XI. M.A Political Science : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A. (General)/ B.A. in Political Science in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.

XII. M.A History : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% marks in B.A. (Hons.)/ B.A. (General)/ B.A. in History in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.

XIII. M.A Philosophy :

 Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks in B.A. Philosophy in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.

 

XIV. LLB :  

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks (For Reserved category - OBC candidates 45% and for SC/ ST candidates 40%) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.   

 

XV. LLM :  

Applicants must have completed 3 or 5 years of LLB Bachelor degree or any equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks (For Reserved category - OBC candidates 45% and for SC/ ST candidates 40%) from any recognised university.  

 

XVI. Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% marks (Mathematics - mandatory) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.

XVII. Masters in Education (M.Ed) : 

Applicants must have a minimum aggregate score of 50% marks (from B.ED, BA.B.ED, BEI. ED or D.EI.ED courses) in their Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent examination from any recognised university.
