Kingston Law College was established in 2003. It is the first private law college in West Bengal and a constituent of Kingston Educational Institute. The college is affiliated with West Bengal State University and approved by the Bar Council of India. KLC offers B.A. LL.B, BBA LL.B, LL.B, and LL.M programs. Admission is based on merit, and management quota seats are also available.

B.A. LL.B and BBA LL.B are five-year integrated programs, and the seat intake is 240 for B.A. LL.B and 120 for BBA LL.B. To be eligible for these programs 45% marks for General, 42% marks for OBC, and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates in 10+2 are required. Students with 60% marks or above get preference. Kingston Law College fees for the B.A. LL.B program is INR 4.25 Lakh.

Kingston Law College admission process is conducted online through the institute’s official portal. The college admits students purely based on their performance in the qualifying exam. If a candidate has more than 60% marks, then the chances of securing admission are high. Candidates must follow the steps below to complete their application successfully:
