The program's design and vision involve a conversational engagement process to select participants for the program, with candidates submitting an additional personal statement as part of the assessment process.

Statement of Goals: IIM Kozhikode's PGP-BL Program combines individual and collective learning elements. Understanding a candidate's personal aspirations helps understand their career objectives, initiates conversations, and contributes to the design of the learning experience. The two goals are:

Alternative resume essay: The PGP-BL application details a candidate's academic, professional background, accomplishments, self-assessment, and expectations.
