The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the JEE Main 2026 Session 2 Paper 1 results on April 20, and the Paper 2 results were made available on May 5. The NTA Score is a normalized value that indicates a candidate's relative performance compared to all other test-takers in the same shift. It is calculated on a scale of 100 to 0. The final ranks were determined by selecting the best of the two NTA Scores from Session 1 and Session 2, ensuring a fair ranking process regardless of shift difficulty.
You can download their scorecards from jeemain.nta.nic.in using the Application Number and Date of Birth. These ranks are necessary for students from all boards, including West Bengal and NIOS, to participate in the JoSAA 2026 Counselling starting on June 2, 2026.

- Step 1: Visit the official JEE Main website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Step 2: Click on the link titled "Download Score Card for JEE (Main) 2026 Session 2 Paper 2" on the homepage.
- Step 3: Enter your JEE Main 2026 credentials.
- Step 4: Input the Captcha exactly as shown on the screen and click "Submit".
- Step 5: Your Paper 2 scorecard, including NTA scores and All India Rank (AIR), will appear on the screen.
- Step 6: Download and print a copy of the result for your records and for the upcoming JoSAA 2026 counselling process.

Once you download your JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 result, ensure you verify the following key details:
- NTA Percentile Scores: Review your subject-specific performance in Mathematics, Aptitude, and the Drawing or Planning section.
- All India Rank (AIR): Check your final rank, which is calculated based on the better of your two scores from the January and April sessions.
- Category-wise Cut-off Marks: Note the qualifying marks required for JEE Advanced eligibility; while primarily for B.E./B.Tech, these are listed alongside category ranks
- used for admission to NITs and SPAs.
