AEEE 2026 is being held in two phases this year. The first phase was conducted from January 29 to February 1, 2026, and the result was announced on 7 February. The second phase is currently underway from April 25 to April 30, 2026, after the registration process closed on 18 April. Depending on how prepared you feel, you can choose to appear for one phase or both.
To apply, you should have completed your Class 12 (or equivalent) with at least 60% overall marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, along with a minimum of 55% in each subject. AEEE 2026 Registration Process
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will conclude the AEEE 2026 registration for phase 1 on January 15, 2026, and phase 2 is ongoing. The application process involves various stages, including registration, form filling, uploading documents, and application fee payment. You can apply online for the AEEE 2026 exam at aeee.amrita.edu.
You can follow these steps to fill out AEEE 2026 application form for phase 2:
- Registration: You have to visit the official website at aeee.amrita.edu. After that students complete the AEEE 2026 registration by providing their credential information such as name, email address, contact information, and more. Upon completing the registration, AEEE login credentials will be sent to your registered email.
- Fill Out the Application Form: Fill out the application form with the personal details, educational qualifications, contact details, etc.
- Upload Documents: You have to upload the scanned copies of the photograph and signature.
- Payment of Fees: You have to pay the AEEE application fee of INR 1300. The payment will be accepted through debit card, credit card, or net banking.

AEEE 2026 Slot Booking
If you have registered for the AEEE 2026, then you have to select the “slot and time slot” of your choice and select availability, by visiting the official website of the University. This process is known as “Slot Booking”, test centre, the number of days, and the number of operating slots in the day are finalized based on the number of candidates for a particular city. To book the exam date and slot, you have to click on the AEEE slot booking link provided on the university website as per the schedule.

AEEE 2026 Answer Key
According to the previous year's trends, Amrita University is less likely to publish any AEEE 2026 answer key. However, if the authority releases the answer key, then it will be available on the official website to download. There are many coaching centres and online channels that release memory-based AEEE 2025 answer keys. You can use those memory-based answer key to get an estimated AEEE exam score.

Ans: If you fail to book a slot for the AEEE exam, will be allotted the exam slots left after the booking is over. Those who are successful in booking their slots will be allotted their exam slots as per their references.
Ans: There will be 100 MCQS in the AEEE 2026 exam, which is further divided into sections of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Ans: AEEE 2026 will be conducted in three different slots per day, that is 08:30 AM to 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM to 02:30 PM, and 03:30 PM to 06:00 PM.
Ans: Admission into the BTech program is offered at Amrita School of Engineering based on the scores in JEE Main and AEEE. 70% of seats are allotted through AEEE score and the test 30% of seats are filled through JEE Main score.
