- Candidates possessing Section "A" and "B" certificates (A.M.I.E.) or equivalent qualifications from recognised professional bodies such as the Aeronautical Society of India, approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and enrolled before the specified date, are considered equivalent to B.E./B.Tech. degree holders. However, such candidates must have a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in the relevant field after completing their course, including project work, and must submit a valid experience certificate as proof.
- Candidates who have completed the Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects (AIIA) and hold a valid registration with the Council of Architecture are also eligible to apply.
