About the JAC DELHI Examination :
Joint Admission Committee (JAC) for counselling and admission to UG courses in premier Delhi government - funded institutes, that offer Engineering, Architecture and Management courses started in 2014, as an initiative of the government of NCT of Delhi. This initiative was started to avoid multiple admission counselling and save the candidates and their parents from the resulting inconvenience because of the shifting of students from one institute to another during the admission process. This year, DTU, IGDTUW, IIITD, NSUT and DSEU are participating in the JAC Counselling which is being conducted in online mode with the National Informatics Centre (NIC).
The counselling usually concluded in 5 rounds, followed by a spot round. The eligibility differs for B.Tech and B.Arch at 5 institutes. But if you have 80% or above in Class XII, then you are eligible for any JAC Delhi participating institutes.

JAC Delhi 2024 Application Process
Candidates will get the JAC Delhi Counselling application form through the official website. The application process includes registration, fee payment, choice locking, and application submission.
- Pay Counselling Registration Fee : Candidates must have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1500 to register for the counselling. To make the payment, Candidates have to provide the details of their JEE Main Roll Number, Mobile Number and Email Address.
- JAC Delhi Application Form : Candidates must have to fill up the application form with some basic details. Also, Candidates have to create a password to be used for completing the process.
- Choice Filling and Locking : Candidates have to fill in as many choices as available based on their eligibility criteria. Their choices will get automatically locked once the registration period is complete.

Seat Availability for the JAC Delhi 2024 Counselling
There is total five institutes are participating in the JAC Delhi 2024 counselling, where the candidates will have this following seat availability :
- Candidates who have passed the qualifying exam from the school located inside NCT Delhi have 85% of seats available.
- Candidates from outside NCT Delhi will have 15% of seats through the JAC Counselling.

What is the Application Fee of JAC DELHI ?
As per the JAC, the candidates must have to pay a fee of INR 1500 as a registration fee to participate in the counselling. Shortlisted candidates will go through document verification. After their approval, They have to pay the seat acceptance fee to secure their allotted seats.
