COMEDK UGET Counselling 2025: Check Round 4 Schedule, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment (Sept 5), Registration & Process

COMEDK UGET 2025 Counselling is the official online admission process for undergraduate engineering courses in Karnataka. The process started immediately after the declaration of results on June 7, 2025, registration and document uploads were done from June 9 to June 24, 2025, followed by document verification till July 12, 2025.

In the 1st round, choice filling was done from July 18 to July 20, and mock allotment was released on July 22. Candidates were allowed to edit their choices till July 24 and the final seat allotment results were declared on July 28, 2025. Students were advised to confirm their seats and pay the fee by August 4, 2025.

The 2nd round of counselling included both HKR/KKR and General Merit categories, with final seat allotment and confirmation being completed by August 16, 2025.

The 3rd round of counselling was completed on August 28, 2025. The 4th round of counselling will begin with choice filling from September 2 to 4, followed by seat allotment on September 5. Decision-making and fee payment will be open from September 5 to 9 and reporting to the allotted colleges will be done between September 5 and 10, 2025.

A spot round may be announced later if the seats are vacant. Students are advised to regularly visit the official COMEDK UGET 2025 portal comedk.org for updates and deadlines.

How to Register for Online Counselling?

Login to your COMEDK application at comedk.org using a laptop or desktop.
Click on the 'Counselling Registration' tab.
Pay the non-refundable counselling registration fee of INR 2000 via credit card, debit card, or net banking.
After payment, go to the 'Document Upload' tab.
Upload all mandatory documents for verification.
1. Make sure the scanned images are clear and legible.
2. Do not upload photos taken from a mobile phone.
3. Only files in JPG, JPEG, or PDF format are accepted.

How to Check Document Verification Status?

The status will be updated under the 'Document Upload' tab in your application login.
Check your login regularly for updates. Your status could show any one of the following:
- Document Approved
- Document Rejected
- Document Pending, etc.

Important: Only candidates whose Document Verification Status shows 'Document Approved' will be eligible for the next steps.
