The IIM Bangalore Alumni Scholarship, awarded at the PGP inauguration ceremony, includes the following details:

IIMB PGP Alumni First Batch (1976) ScholarshipA woman candidate from the DAP category who has successfully completed the first year of the PGP program is eligible. If no eligible woman is found, a male DAP student may be considered.
Runwal Educational Trust scholarshipStudents ranked in the top 40% after the first year and who have applied for financial aid are considered. From the overlap of these two groups, a weighted score is computed—30% based on CGPA and 70% on the financial aid score—to determine scholarship eligibility.
Srimati Saraswati Kulkarni AwardAwarded to the student achieving the top CGPA in the entrepreneurship course.
Ubuntu ScholarshipThis merit-cum-means scholarship is given to a second-year PGP student who has a minimum CGPA of 2.0 after the first year and has applied for financial aid. Among those who meet these criteria, the student with the highest overall financial need score is selected for the award.
Nitin Agarwal ScholarshipThis need-based scholarship is granted to a PGP second-year student who hasn’t received any other financial aid. It is awarded during the MBA orientation and is given to the student with the highest financial aid score below the set scholarship threshold.
Deepankar Khiwani ScholarshipPresented to two PGP students selected for their strong academic results combined with demonstrated financial need.
PGP class of 1989 scholarshipGiven to a student who has not been granted any other form of financial aid or scholarship. It is a means scholarship
Smt. Parvathi and Sri Vedula Krishnamurthy ScholarshipA second-year PGP student on the DML who achieves the highest CGPA in Competition & Strategy, Business, Government & Society, and Entrepreneurial Learning rank lists.

IIM Bangalore Financial Aid: PGP-BA

IIM Bangalore offers financial aid to support PGP-BA students who require assistance to continue their education.  
Eligibility:

  • Students in the PGPBA program whose family’s yearly income is under INR 6,00,000 are eligible.
  • Students facing sudden, severe financial difficulties.

Financial Aid Amount:

  • Financial assistance is provided in varying amounts of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, or full (100%) tuition coverage.
  • Amount decided based on financial status and need assessment scores.
