VTU Karnataka offers various scholarships to its needy and meritorious students. Some of the grants offered by the university are :

With the 1000 ranking CET students can get INR 25,000 at the admission time COMEDK students with 3000 ranks can get INR 10,000 during the admission.

1.Merit Scholarships 

 

  • The amount of INR 10,000 was given to the students with CGPA 9.5 or above in the First semester. 

 

  • Students with 90% or more can get INR 10,000 in any semester. Grant amount of INR 10,000 to INR 25,000 will be provided to Karnataka CET students from weaker sections. 

 

  • Candidates with 60% or more marks in any exam in VTU can get INR 10,000. 

 

  • Karnataka students from sports category and with over 60% marks can get INR 25,000. 

 

  • Students with over 60% marks and involved with any sports category can get INR 50,000.

Scholarships for SC, ST, OBC and General Category Students

 

VTU Scholarship

 

 

Only students from SC, ST, OBC and General category are allowed to apply for this grant.

Furthermore, Students facing Financial complications while studying in the university can apply for financial aid schemes. With the aid they can take admission in BBA, B.COM, B.SC and B.A courses.
