The XAT 2026 result has been officially released following the conclusion of the objection phase. XLRI Jamshedpur previously published the response sheets on January 6 and the provisional answer key on January 9, 2026, the objection window is now closed. Details below.
All student challenges have been reviewed by the expert committee, and the final results are based on the validated answer key. You can now download your official scorecards from xatonline.in. The results reflect your final raw marks, calculated using the marking scheme of (+1) for correct answers, (-0.25) for incorrect ones, and the (-0.10) penalty for excessive unattempted questions—converted into overall and sectional percentiles.
With the results out, the focus now shifts to the next stage of admission. Shortlisting for XLRI’s Personal Interview (PI) and Essay Writing rounds will depend on these final XAT percentiles, GK scores, academic history and work experience. Interviews scheduled to commence in February 2026.

New Rules for JEE Main 2026 Exam Centre Selection
Candidates can select up to four exam cities based on preference.
New rule: Cities must be from your Permanent or Present Address state.
NTA will allot the nearest available centres based on Permanent Address.
