Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur was established in 2015 in Himachal Pradesh. IIM Sirmaur is recognized as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India. The institute is an annual member of AACSB. IIM Sirmaur's MBA ranking by IIRF is 23 out of 100 in India in 2025.

IIM Sirmaur flagship program is an MBA. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum score of 50%. Admissions are based on a composite score of CAT. The selection process involves a Group Discussion and Personal Interview, evaluating candidates based on academic performance and work experience. The MBA fee is INR 20 Lakh.  

During the IIM Sirmaur placements 2024 attracted 61% freshers and 18% with 13-24 months of experience. The average CTC for MBAs was INR 13.93 LPA, with a median of INR 12.49 LPA. IIM Sirmaur Admissions 2026

The IIM Sirmaur MBA Admission Process 2026 involves CAT scores, PI (CAP & SAP Round), and a PI round. Final admission is based on CAT score, PI, academic profile, experience, and diversity.

Phase 1: Shortlist for Personal Interview (PI) based on CAT 2024

The shortlist for the Personal Interview (PI) for CAT 2024 has been finalized, based on VARC, DILR, and QA.

How to Apply?

• Step 1: Candidates are required to visit the official website of IIM Sirmaur admission and register themselves.
• Step 2: Candidates who completed online registration after receiving an email invitation from IIM Sirmaur will be shortlisted based on their CAT /GMAT 2024 scores for participation in the PI and GD.
• Step 3: Candidates shortlisted in Step 2 will appear in GD and PI. They can choose their interview city in Step1 of the registration process.
• Step 4: Candidates will receive prior information about the date and time of GD and PI interviews.
• Step 5: Candidates are required to pay the registration fee for the program chosen.
• Step 6: Candidates will receive an email on their respective emails.

IIM Sirmaur offers a range of facilities, including hostels, sports, laboratories, gyms, auditoriums, and other amenities to support students' all-around development. These facilities cater to different sports, ensuring athletes excel in their chosen fields. Below are IIM Sirmaur facilities.

• Hostel: IIM Sirmaur provides twin shared rooms with modern amenities in five hostels in Paonta Sahib. The rooms are well-lit, ventilated, and equipped with various amenities like separate beds, mattresses, study tables, almirahs, bookracks, washing machines, pantry setups, common rooms with TV, water coolers, purifiers, and geysers. The institution also offers shuttle bus services, housekeeping services, and high-speed free Wi-Fi in all hostels.
• Sports: The Student Activity Centre is a comprehensive facility designed to facilitate student activities, including an indoor gym, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, billiards, squash courts, music room, creative rooms, wash/change rooms, lockers, and offices. The plans include the construction of outdoor sports grounds near hostels and student activity centers, including lawn tennis, badminton courts, and cricket pitches.
• Virtual Learning Centre: The Virtual Learning Centre features interaction spaces, systems, software, AV equipment, recording and editing rooms, and a satellite shopping complex.
• Cafeteria: IIM Sirmaur provides a student cafeteria/canteen and a health center equipped with necessary medical equipment.
• MDP Centre: it has well-equipped living rooms, air-conditioned classrooms, office space, and a lounge equipped with necessary support systems, software, and AV devices.
• Guest House: The Guest House will offer furnished, air-conditioned studio apartments with a common dining hall, lounge, and other facilities, as well as a meeting/syndicate room with a seating capacity of over 20 people.
• Housing facility: The housing plan for faculty and staff consists of 47 residences for the Director and 45 for the staff. Amenities include a community center and a faculty club.
• A meditation center is also planned to engage the IIM Sirmaur community for stress-relieving interventions like meditation and yoga, promoting a healthy campus lifestyle.
• Classrooms: Classrooms are designed with diverse seating capacity and are equipped with software-based multi-user virtual classroom solutions for remote interaction in a single class, catering to the need for online infrastructure and e-learning.
• Library: The library is designed with reading areas, e-learning spaces, collection spaces, meeting rooms, computer rooms, and casual learning spaces. It will have an adequate number of e-books, e-journals, online databases, and electronic resources. EM-RFID will be installed for self-issue/automatic issue return systems, and ERP solutions are also included.
• Computer Centre: The Computer Centre is designed to house server rooms, data, voice, picture, network communication centers, computer labs, and reprographics
• Faculty Building: The Faculty Building is set to feature faculty cabins, committee rooms, lounge, program office, examination cell, and working areas for Research Associates and Ph.D. scholars. It will also have a 500-seat auditorium for hosting events, an Innovation and Incubation center, meeting rooms, conference halls, and an open cafeteria with waiting lobby
• Academic building: The Administrative Building houses the Director and Deans' offices, a board room, academic council meeting room, corporate relations office, admissions cell, administration, accounts, public relations, estate, works, stores, purchase, conference rooms, reception, and waiting lounge.
