This is not the first time the NEET PG exam date has been postponed. In 2024, the exam was postponed three times. Initially scheduled for March 3, 2024, it was first pushed to July 07, 2024, then postponed to June 23, 2024, and finally postponed again just 12 hours before the exam. The exam was eventually held on August 11, 2024, but counselling is still incomplete even six months later.

Candidates are frustrated by mismanagement and lack of transparency, candidates have chosen social media to express their concerns, frustration, accusing the NBE of failing to handle the examination process efficiently.
