• Classrooms: RIMS offers an ideal learning environment with eight large classrooms, six rooms, four rooms, a multimedia hall, and training halls. Separate classrooms are assigned for Management, Computer Applications, and Mass Communication streams. The classrooms are spacious, well-lit, ventilated, and air-conditioned. They are equipped with audio-video systems, overhead projectors, wireless public address systems, computers with large monitors, and network connections. Major classrooms have PCs, large monitors, and LCD projectors for information display.

• IT-Lab And Communication-Lab: The IT-Lab and Communication-Lab offer state-of-the-art technology, 350 PCs with i-3 processors, and a Wireless Campus by Reliance Jio. Students can work on the latest software, 15mbps dedicated fiber optics leased line from Cloud Net and 20mbps dedicated internet connectivity from BSNL. The network is on four IBM servers for smooth data movement across departments.

• Library: The Central Library RIMS (CLR) is a vital resource for academic activities at RIMS, offering a wide range of books, periodicals, journals, and CDs. It aims to provide anytime, anywhere access to information and actively organizes resources to meet users' needs. CLR has a hybrid collection of printed and electronic resources, including books, journals, databases, audio-visuals, CDs, DVDs, e-books, e-journals, reports, case studies, conference proceedings, and training manuals.

• Hostel: The Institute prioritizes the quality of accommodation and food for students and parents. It offers separate hostels for boys and girls, with the girls' 300-seated, four-floored hostel being well-guarded. The hostels are fully furnished, with spacious, self-contained rooms with basic amenities. There is a 24-hour water supply and a generator for power supply during power-cuts. A large mess is available for residents and staff, serving 150 members at a time. The 1st floor of the mess is being constructed. Multi-cuisine lunch and snacks are served, and the hostels and surrounding habitat are maintained to promote student development. Despite these provisions, strict adherence to rules and regulations is required to ensure students enjoy their stay.

• Auditorium : The Sourya Pattnaik Auditorium, inaugurated in 2009, is a highly regarded venue at RIMS. It can accommodate up to 600 people and features a waiting area for performers. The auditorium's sound system is enhanced by sound-absorbing acoustic wall panels, which reduce reverberation and echoing. Additionally, the auditorium has eight exit points, strategically placed fire extinguishers, to ensure safety during emergencies. The auditorium has been a hub for various conferences, seminars, and cultural events.

• Gym: RIMS Gym, inaugurated in 2001 by national body building champion and Arjuna Awardee Shri Sunil Patra, is a well-maintained gymnasium on campus. It features various fitness equipment and aims to encourage students to stay fit and healthy while providing a de-stressing space after regular classes.
