NPAT 2026 registration is currently underway. SVKM’s NMIMS has released an official update for the NPAT admission process. The rules have changed. NMIMS has officially scrapped the old "Phase 1 and Phase 2" system. Now, every single applicant, whether they tested in February or are appearing in May, will be part of one unified merit list.

Many third-party websites are incorrectly claiming that June 1 is the last day to apply. This is not true. The official deadline to register for NPAT 2026 is Tuesday, May 26, 2026. The computer-based testing window officially began on February 10 and will remain open for scheduled attempts until it concludes on May 31, 2026. Furthermore, for those targeting the Indore, Hyderabad, or Chandigarh campuses, dedicated regional counseling sessions will be organized throughout June to facilitate direct engagement and final admissions.

NMIMS NPAT 2026: Unified Admission Rounds

In a significant policy change, NMIMS has decided to consolidate Phase 1 and Phase 2 into a single unified admission round. This move is designed to evaluate every applicant under identical conditions and timelines, ensuring maximum transparency.

NMIMS decided to treat everything as one single process to ensure that a student who takes the test in May is judged exactly the same way as a student who took it in February. If you have already registered or taken the exam, your attempts are still valid, and you do not need to take any extra action right now.
