The committee is authorized to investigate issues such as mark computation errors, counseling registration difficulties, seat matrix concerns, and exam center infrastructure or invigilator conduct. Between December 17 to 24, 2025, eligible candidates must only file their complaints using the official online site, which is available through their candidate login.

A signed declaration, supporting documentation, and a brief description (< 1,000 characters) are necessary for submission. No cost is associated with this procedure. It is crucial since the final answer keys, questions and options have already been decided upon through an earlier expert review procedure, the committee will not consider any concerns.
