TG ICET 2026 Syllabus for Analytical Ability
The Analytical Ability section evaluates your critical‑thinking skills and your capacity to analyze and break down problems. Its structure is quite similar to the Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR) section found in many other MBA entrance exams. This part of the exam is further divided into the following sub‑sections:
Data Sufficiency
A question is followed by two statements, that is labelled I and II.
- If the statement I alone provides enough information to answer the question, then option (1) is correct.
- If statement II alone is sufficient to answer the question, then option (2) is correct.
- If both statements together are required to answer the question, but neither one is adequate on its own, then option (3) is correct.
- If even after combining statements I and II, the information is still insufficient and more data is needed, then option (4) is correct.
Note: There will be a total of 20 questions asked from this section. Questions 1 to 15 will focus on mathematical concepts, while questions 16 to 20 will be based on verbal reasoning.
Problem Solving
The Problem‑Solving section will include questions based on Series, Data Analysis, Coding–Decoding, and problems related to Date, Time, and Arrangements.
