B.Tech Electronics Engineering in VLSI Design and Technology is a four - year Undergraduate course that prepares students with the requirements of AICTE. The course focuses on hardware development and design for VLSI applications, that includes SOC based design and verification, FPGA based systems design, ASIC design, Verification methodologies and VLSI system design. 

Graduates receives a strong foundation in Very Large Scale Integration, VLSI design principles including IC architecture, Semiconductor device physics and Digital and Analog circuit design. They become proficient in using Electronic Design Automation (EDA) software and computer - aided design, CAD tools and can create and develop digital logic circuits.
