Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology (SCIT), Pune, is one of the top institutes under Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The institute was established in 1999 and offers MBA and PhD programs. It is also ranked by some of the top agencies in India. As per the IIRF 2025 rankings, SCIT Pune is placed 33rd in the ‘Best B-Schools (Private) Overall’ category.

SCIT Pune offers three courses: MBA in IT Management, MBA in Data Science and Data Analytics, and a PhD. To be eligible for the SCIT Pune MBA program, candidates must have a graduation degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in a relevant discipline.

In the final placement season of 2024 for the MBA–ITBM program, the highest package offered was INR 18 LPA, with an average package of INR 11.58 LPA. For the MBA–DSDA program, the highest CTC was INR 17 LPA, and the average was INR 11.16 LPA.
