XLRI, India's oldest B-school, founded in 1949 by Jesuit Fathers, is expanding its campus in Aurangpur, Jhajjar District. Xavier School of Management Delhi was established in 2017, aiming to change the economy and society. It is accredited by the AICTE. The IIRF has ranked XLRI Delhi as 30 out of 122 for their MBA program in 2025.

XLRI offers its two-year full-time flagship, Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM BM). Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university. The selection criteria are based on the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) along with performance in the personal interview round, work experience, and academic record.
