SNAP Exam Pattern 2025 remains mostly unchanged, compared to the last year. It will evaluate your language skills, quantitative aptitude, and reasoning abilities through MCQs within a specified time frame. The SNAP 2025 exam is scheduled for December 2025, allowing candidates to participate in three separate sessions. A major update to the SNAP exam pattern is the removal of the General Knowledge section, which will no longer be included in future exams. SNAP syllabus will comprise sections on General English (GE), Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency (QA, DI-DS), and Analytical & Logical Reasoning (A-LR). It is a computer-based test, where candidates have to answer many MCQs within the given time. Make sure to thoroughly understand the updated SNAP exam pattern 2025, including question type, exam duration, marking scheme, and number of questions.

How to Attempt Special Questions in SNAP Exam 2025?

SNAP exam pattern 2025 has been revised and the special questions were removed. However, this may change in the future version of the examination. Usually, the SNAP questions are in MCQ format, where you have to select one option out of four. Whereas, for the special questions, you have to enter the answer with a virtual keyboard, quite similar to the TITA questions in the CAT exam.

Without preparation and confidence, special questions can be challenging. With no options to choose from, there will be no strategies to apply. Here are some tips for handling special questions in the SNAP exam:

  • Leave Special Questions for End: Non-MCQ questions are very time-consuming, so attempt those questions at the end of the test when you know how much time is left.
  • Accuracy is the Key: Give extra attention to accuracy when typing the answers. Avoid guesswork in the non-MCQ section, otherwise, you will lose marks because of the incorrect answers.
  • Focus on Time Management: Typing the answers could be very time-consuming. So, be aware of the time spent on each non-MCQ question to ensure you have enough time for other questions in the exam.
