The Kolkata campus of NSHM Knowledge Campus has transitioned into a new era, officially rebranding as Bhawanipur Global Campus (BGC) following its acquisition by the Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society (BGES). Formally launched on March 24, 2026, under the vision of "Two Legacies, One Future," this partnership merges BGES’s 70-year educational heritage with NSHM’s industry-aligned academic framework.
The NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, continues to operate under the original NSHM brand. Bhawanipur Global Campus is the new name for NSHM Kolkata. The core remains identical. It retains its NAAC A+ graded autonomous institution affiliated with MAKAUT and the same high-quality faculty and campus. Under this new umbrella, the campus will continue to offer diverse undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The school is keeping its core popular programms like MBA, BBA, B.Pharm, and B.Sc including those within the NSHM Business School and Institute of Health Sciences but adding more global opportunities. This change significantly expands global placement opportunities and international university collaborations.
