MAH MBA CET CAP Round 2025 dates will be announced soon by the Maharashtra CET Cell. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will have the opportunity to participate in the MBA CET CAP Round 2025. It will be conducted between July to August 2025. The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds, Registration, Document Verification & Choice Filling, and Seat Allotments. The MAH MBA CET 2025 exam took place on April 1, 2, and 3, 2025, with the results officially announced on May 28, 2025.

The MAH MBA CET counselling process, known as the Centralized Admission Process (CAP), is conducted for admissions into MBA and MMS programs across Maharashtra. Candidates with CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, and CMAT are also eligible to participate in the MAH MBA CET CAP under the All-India category. Candidates must register and submit the required documents to participate in the counselling process.

For Government, Government-Aided, and Unaided Institutes, any vacant seats will be filled through the institute's admission process, following the prescribed guidelines and procedures:

Institutes will publish vacant seat details on their official website and promote them through relevant newspaper advertisements.

Invite applications from registered candidates.

The Merit List should be prepared and published on the college website and displayed on the Institute Notice Board for transparency.

Ensure that the admission process is conducted in accordance with the Government Admission Rules.

MBA CET CAP Round 2025 Registration Process

Here are the steps to register for MAH MBA CET CAP 2025:

  • Go to the official MAH MBA CET CAP 2025 website.
  • Click on the link that says 'New Candidate Registration' or 'Registered Candidate Login' to open it.
  • Enter your personal details, such as name, country, state, email address, and phone number, then set up a secure password.
  • After submitting the required details, you'll get a unique Application ID sent to your email. Remember this ID.
  • Use this unique Application ID to confirm (validate) your registration.
  • Log back in using your Application ID and password and complete the full MAH MBA CET CAP 2025 application form online.
  • Scan and upload copies of all the required documents listed, such as ID proof, mark sheets, etc.
  • You must physically submit this printout: either send it by Speed Post or Registered Post or take it in person to a designated Facilitation Centre. Your documents are reviewed, and the receipt of your application is confirmed.
  • Once the officials verify your application, you will receive a fee acknowledgment slip (a receipt) confirming your registration.

MBA CET CAP 2025 registration will be free for the candidates who qualified for the CET exam. Candidates who meet the CET exam eligibility criteria can register for the MAH MBA CAP round without any fee. But if you're using scores from other exams (like CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, or GMAT), you need to pay a fee. For general candidates: The fee is INR 1200. For Reserved Category candidates, the fee is INR 1000.

After finishing your online registration for the CAP, you must upload all your required documents to the online E-Scrutiny Centre, where the officials will verify them. You will then see a receipt in your official MAH MBA CET account online, confirming that your documents were accepted. Essential Certificates and Documents Required for Various Types of Candidates

Person of Indian Origin

An eligibility certificate issued by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in New Delhi verifies that your foreign degree is recognized as valid in India.

Affidavit of candidate/Parent disclosing his full identity, i.e., full name, age, residence, occupation, and relationship with the candidate, duly signed by the candidate/parents.

Children of India Workers in Gulf Countries

CIWGC Certificate of the student's official certificate, OR the same certificate for their mother or father.

An affidavit from the candidate or parent must clearly state their full identity, including name, age, residence, occupation, and relationship with the candidate, and be duly signed by the candidate or parent.

A copy of the parent's nationality certificate (proof of which country they are citizens of).

Proof of your residence, such as Your Driver's License, or A recent Telephone Bill in your name.

Proof that the parent lives in a Gulf country (like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.). A copy of the parent's current/valid residency visa for that Gulf country.

The parents' official work permit or a letter from their employer on the company's official paper confirming their job.

Documents proving the parent lived in the Gulf country for at least 182 days (about 6 months) during the school year before the student's admission date. (This is crucial.)

Proof of residence, such as Your Driver's License, or A recent Telephone Bill in your name.

A legible copy of the primary page of the parent's bank account passbook or statement from a Gulf bank is required. This main page must show the bank's name and address the bank's name and address Also, include copies of the pages showing the account activity (deposits/withdrawals) for the 6 full months immediately before the admission date.

Non-Resident Indian (NRI)

You need an official certificate proving this for Lives Abroad (NRI), A close blood relative (like the father's brother/sister, Mother's brother/sister, Grandfather/Grandmother on either side, or first cousins) who lives abroad, has acted as your guardian, and considers you, their ward. You must also provide proof of this guardianship (like an affidavit and documents).

For Merchant Navy Parents: If your parent works in the Merchant Navy, include their CDC (Continuous Discharge Certificate).

Affidavit of candidates/sponsors disclosing their full identity. This must clearly state their full name, their age, where they live, and their job.

A copy of the sponsor's valid passport or an official document confirming their nationality is required.

A copy of the sponsor's valid residence permit or VISA issued by a foreign country is required.

Proof of the sponsor's residence abroad for a minimum of 182 days in the year preceding admission is required. Acceptable proof includes a Telephone Bill (from the foreign country), Property Tax Receipt (from the foreign country), and Income Tax Return (filed in the foreign country).

A certified copy of the foreign bank account passbook or statement, including the main page showing the bank name, address, and transaction entries for the last six months before admission, is required.

A signed form (affidavit) from your sponsor listing all family members and showing how they are related to each other.

Birth Certificates, School Leaving Certificates, Marksheets, PAN cards, Marriage Certificate, Passport.

If you finished your last school/university exam outside India, get an Eligibility Certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) in New Delhi.

Minority Candidates

Fill out the Minority Community Form for candidates belonging to a language or religious minority group. This is called Proforma-O. It asks for details about your religion and your mother tongue (the first language you learned).

The candidate's domicile certificate or the specified document for Type A candidates is required.

TFWS CandidatesYou need an income certificate from a Maharashtra government office. This certificate must show that your parents' total yearly income from all jobs and sources is below INR 8 Lakh (800,000 rupees).

The applicant must have obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in a three-year bachelor's degree or its equivalent from a recognized university.

The qualifying degree must be obtained from a university recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) or the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
