The Bar Council of India (BCI) is to close the online window for OMR sheet rechecking today. This process is available to any candidate dissatisfied with their score, including those marked as "Fail". Check out the process and direct link below.

To apply you must submit an online application through the official website, allindiabarexamination.com and pay a non-refundable fee of INR 500. Any physical applications or manual fee payments will be rejected. BCI released the AIBE XX final result and answer key on January 7, 2026. After a transparent review by a committee led by Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli, five errors were removed, resulting in a final score based on 95 marks. This adjustment set qualifying cutoffs at 43 for General/OBC and 38 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

Of the 252,000 participants, 174,386 candidates passed, achieving a 69.21% pass rate with significant representation from over 86,000 women and 19 transgender individuals. Successful candidates can expect to receive their mandatory Certificate of Practice (CoP) in approximately three to four months.

To apply for the AIBE 20 OMR sheet recheck these are the steps:

Step 1 Go to BCIs dedicated official website at allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link "Rechecking of OMR Sheet”.
Step 3: Enter your credentials to access your candidate dashboard.
Step 4: Fill in the required details in the rechecking application form accurately.
Step 5: Pay the non-refundable rechecking fee through the provided online payment gateway.
Step 6: Once the payment is successful, download and print the completed application form.

How Can You Download the AIBE XX Final Result?

BCI officially declares the results. you can access your AIBE 20 scorecard by following these steps:

Step 1: Visit official AIBE portal at Allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2: The "Login" link can be found on the homepage. Click on it.
Step 3: Enter your login details (Registration/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth).
Step 5: Click the "Download Scorecard" button to save the PDF and take a printout for your COP

AIBE XX Score & Passing Marks Calculation

If the Bar Council of India (BCI) identifies errors in the question paper, they may "drop" or "withdraw" those questions. This reduces the total marks from 100, and the raw passing marks are adjusted while the percentage remains constant.

Calculation Step	Description
Match Answers	Compare your OMR carbon copy against the finalized correct options.
Marking Scheme	Award +1 for each correct match. No negative marking for wrong/unattempted answers.
Revised Total	Subtract "Dropped" questions from 100.
Gen/OBC & SC/ST/PwD Cutoff	45% of revised total. 40% of revised total.
