Ans: The Odisha Joint Entrance Examination OJEE is held once a year, usually in the month of May. This exam is conducted for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the state of Odisha. As per the official notification of OJEE, a candidate can appear for the exam only once in a year. There is no provision to appear for the exam multiple times in the same year. So, if you want to appear for OJEE, you can do so only once in a year. However, if you are not satisfied with your performance the first time, you can apply for the exam in the next year, if this is helpful, please upvote.
Ans: The important topics in the OJEE (Odisha Joint Entrance Examination) syllabus may vary depending on the specific course you are applying for. Here are some of the important topics and subjects that are generally considered important for MBA courses under OJEE:
It is very important to understand the entire OJEE syllabus thoroughly and practice a wide range of questions. Focus on strengthening your fundamentals and mastering the concepts of the topics that you find challenging.
Ans: The syllabus of JEE and OJEE is not completely the same, but there are some similarities, especially in the areas of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The JEE Physics syllabus includes topics like Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Optics, Electricity and Magnetism, Modern Physics, etc. which require a broad and deep understanding of fundamental principles. Whereas in OJEE, the Physics syllabus is aligned with class XI and the class XII Physics syllabus is relatively easy to study.
The Chemistry syllabus of JEE exam is divided into Physical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. It includes topics like Atomic Structure, Chemical Bonding, Equilibrium, Thermodynamics, Organic Chemistry Reactions and Processes, etc. On the other hand, the Chemistry section of OJEE is similar to the Physics syllabus as well as the Chemistry syllabus of classes XI and XII. It includes topics like chemical bonding, chemical equilibrium, electrochemistry, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, etc.
The same applies to the mathematics section of both the exams. Apart from PCM, OJEE also conducts exams for other fields like Pharmacy, MBA, MCA and lateral entry in engineering, so the syllabus may vary depending on the specific course.
Ans: The Quantitative Strategies section of the OJEE question paper is one of the toughest sections. The important topics of this section include arithmetic, geometry, average, percentage, number systems, profit and loss, ratio and proportion, time, speed and distance, measurement, quadratic equations, trigonometry, probability, etc. The Quantitative Strategies section of the OJEE question paper consists of 30 multiple choice questions which are to be solved within 30 minutes. Candidates will be given rough paper for calculations, and they will have to choose the correct option against the question. This section of the OJEE question paper is generally difficult in nature.
