IIT Guwahati Placement 2025 data is not yet released. The phase 1 placement session of 2025 has just started on December 1, 2024. IIT Guwahati Placement 2024, hosted 466 recruiters with the highest recorded package of INR 2.05 CPA (CSE). 

This year a trend is noted where many students have opted out of campus placement as they already have received PPOs from their summer internships. Placement season of 2024 witnessed 102 students receiving offers of INR 50 LPA. IIT Guwahati students of 2022-24 batch received 229 PPOs during their internship. In 2024 placement session 1,124 students out of 1,584 students of IIT Guwahati got placed, recording the placement percentage of 71%.
