Eligibility : 

• M.Tech : A Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or a Master's degree in Science in the relevant field with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.
• M.Sc : A Bachelor's degree in Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Admission Process :

• M.Tech : Admission is based on GATE scores followed by a written test and/ or interview conducted by DIAT.
• M.Sc : Admission is based on a written test and/or interview conducted by DIAT. 

Doctoral Programs (Ph.D)

Eligibility : 

A master's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Science or equivalent with at least 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates with a valid GATE score/ NET qualification or equivalent are preferred.

Admission Process : 

• Admission is based on a Written test and/or interview conducted by DIAT.

• Selection Criteria : The Final selection is based on the performance in the qualifying examination (GATE/ NET), Written test, and/or interview.
• Important Points Reservation : DIAT follows the Reservation policy of the Government of India for admission to its programs.
• Financial Assistance : GATE - qualified Match students are eligible for a stipend as per the norms of the Ministry of Education.
