The placement cell in the DIAT plays an important role in the placement drive. As there are a large number of engineering colleges present in India, the competition for employment is increasing each day and the job placement is becoming very challenging. The placement cell at DIAT invites various Government, Semi Government Organizations, Private and Public Sectors for the placement drive on the campus. The main objective of the placement cell is to look for 100% employment for all students.
During the academic year 2021 - 22, This institute successfully placed 208 M.Tech students and the median salary package stood at INR 19.5 LPA.
Some of the top recruiters are : TCS, Intel, Philips, Tech Mahindra and others. The median package offered was INR 19.5 LPA to the Postgraduate students and a total of 208 students were placed.
