MFA: Course Eligibility

Before applying for the Master of Fine Arts, Candidates should know the eligibility criteria determined by the institute.
 

  • Qualifying Degree : Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA) from a recognized institute in the relevant specialization.
     
  • Marks in the Qualifying Examination : Candidates should have a minimum of 50% in BFA, while few other institutes demand at least 60% aggregate marks in Graduation. So, candidates should check the college's official website to get a clear idea.
     
  • Age Limit : In most of the institutes, There is no age limit criteria. However, There are few institutes, like AMU, that require that the candidates be not more than 27 years of age in the admission year.
