- Scanned photograph in jpeg, jpg, png, bmp, tiff, tif, or gif only.
- Scanned signature.
- Scanned marksheet in PDF.
- Scanned copy of fee receipt.
- Communication address and permanent address, including pin code.
- Bank account details, including 11-digit IFSC code.
