IIT Kharagpur placement season of 2025 is still going on. As per the media report, the first phase of placement session IIT Kharagpur recorded 1000 job offers within 3 days of commencement. Lucrative roles from leading companies representing diverse sectors like analytics, software, high-frequency trading, finance, banking and consultancy were extended to IIT Kharagpur students. On the very first day of this placement season 9 students bagged placement offers of INR 1 Crore. The highest pay package of INR 2.14 Crore offered is offered so far. Out of 1000 job offers 20 are international. Apple, Capital One, DE Shaw, Glean, Google, Gravitoh, Microsoft, Quantbox, Databricks, Squarepoint Capital, Qualcomm, Meesho, and Mastercard are some of the top recruiters in IIT Delhi placement session 2025.  

During the 2024 placement session the official placement brochure recorded placement of 1,747 students. BTech of IIT Kharagpur got placement for 546 out of 685 registered students. Apart from this, 20 students from BArch, 442 students from Dual Degree, and 143 students from MSc (5year/ 6 year) were placed. ITC Limited, Gartner, Barclays, Oracle are some of the top companies participated in IIT Kharagpur placements 2024.
