Courses and Eligibility Criteria :

A. Undergraduate Courses

I. MBBS ( Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery )

Eligibility :

• Must have passed 10 + 2 with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology .

• Must Qualify the NEET UG exam.

• Admission is based on the results of the NEET UG exam and subsequent counselling conducted by the West Bengal NEET counselling.

B. Postgraduate Courses

I. MD ( Doctor of medicine ) and MS ( Master of Surgery )

Eligibility :

• Must have an MBBS degree or its equivalent from a recognised Institution.

• Must Qualify  the NEET PG exam .

• Admission is based on the results of the NEET PG exam and then counselling done by West Bengal NEET PG counselling.

C. Diploma Courses

PG  Diploma in various Specialities :

• Eligibility Criteria and Admission process similar to MD/ MS courses.

Steps to Apply for Admission at Shri Ramkrishna Institute of Medical Sciences (SRIMS) :

MBBS Admission Process

Qualify NEET UG Exam :

• Register and appear for the NEET UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
• West Bengal NEET Counselling:
• After qualifying NEET UG, register for the West Bengal NEET UG Counselling conducted by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Health & Family Welfare.
• Visit the official West Bengal NEET Counselling website to apply online and submit the necessary documents.

Counselling and Seat Allotment :

• Participate in the counselling sessions as per the schedule announced.
• Based on your NEET score and counselling, seats will be allotted in SRIMS.
• Complete the document verification process and pay the admission fees to confirm the seat .

MD/ MS Admission Process

Qualify NEET PG Exam :

• Register and appear for the NEET PG exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
• West Bengal NEET PG Counselling:
• After qualifying NEET PG, register for the West Bengal NEET PG Counselling conducted by the Government of West Bengal, Department of Health & Family Welfare.
• Apply online on the official website of the admission committee and submit the required documents.

Counselling and Seat Allotment :

• Participate in the counselling sessions as per the announced schedule.
• Seats will be allotted based on your NEET PG score and counselling process.
• Complete the document verification process and pay the admission fees to confirm your seat .
