The VITEEE Entrance Exam is to be conducted between 19th April – 30th April 2024. You can fill out the application form online and select your examination center. Documents Required to Fill out the VITEEE Application Form
Before you get started with filling out the entrance application form you must have some documents handy. This would save you from the last-minute hassle of fishing out for documents.
- You must have your class 10 and 12th
- If you belong to reserved categories such as ST, SC, and OBC you need to have your caste certificate.
- One needs to have details for online payment such as credit card, debit card, or net banking.
- Must have your photograph and signature in a proper scanned document form.
- Have an email address and mobile number that can be easily reached.
How to Fill the VITEEE Application Form 2024
Step 1– Now it’s time to get started with filling out the application form. To get started you need to visit the homepage of VIT and register as a new user. viteee.vit.ac.in
- To Register you need to provide the following details:
- Applicant’s full name
- Date of birth
- Select gender
- Choose residential status
- Verification code
- Enter verification code
- Check the box below and hit the yellow ‘Register’ button below.
- Next you will receive a text on your mobile phone and thereafter you can set your id and password for logging in.
Step 2– Once you have registered for an account sign in and you will be taken further to the welcome page.
- Select the ‘Application Form’ tab and you will find an application form on the screen.
- Now you need to go step by step. Read your registration details then fill in the personal details section with the following information:
- Select your religion from the options given there
- Choose community from the drop-down menu
- Select if you belong to the weaker section
- Select your mother tongue
- Choose a native state
- Enter the parent or guardian’s name
- Provide the phone number of your parent or guardian
- Move down to the address for the correspondence section and enter the following details:
- Enter pin code
- State name
- District name
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- Town/City
- Tap on the ‘Save &Next’ button and you will be navigated to the payments page.
Step 3- Now you need to complete the payment process to finish the application and reach a confirmation screen:
- Click the ‘Proceed to Pay’ button and you will be redirected to the payment gateway.
- Now you need to select your payment option whether credit debit or online banking.
- Enter payment details and validate identity to make the payment of INR 1350.
Step 4- Once your payment has been made the system will take you to the documents upload page. Here you need to upload the required documents. We recommend you refer to the document upload instruction section below for a detailed overview and to avoid mistakes.
- Upload your 12th standard hall ticket.
- Your 12th standard mark sheet.
- Jee score card which should be eligible.
- Aadhar card
Step 5- Lastly the student will find a confirmation screen. There you will find a button tagged ‘Click here to download your filled-in application form’.
- Click on the button and you can download the filled-in application form.
- The application form can be used for future references.
