Steps to Choose a UGC NET Subject
An official notification by the UGC NET said- “Candidates are advised to appear in the subject of their post-graduation only. The candidates, whose post-graduation subject is not covered in the list of NET subjects, may appear in a related subject.”
Candidates can select a subject as per their field of specialization in the post-graduation degree. If your master’s degree subject is not mentioned in the UGC NET Subject List, then you can opt for a related subject instead.
