The category-wise distribution of the seats is at IIITDM Jabalpur, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Guwahati, IIT Delhi, and IIT Bombay for the academic year of 2024-2025. Candidates can check the results using their registration number and login credentials.
According to the schedule, students need to complete the acceptance of the seat allotment, select from the float and freeze option, and they have to make payments by April 18, 2024. Candidates are allowed to withdraw their names from the seats from April 19 to 30, 2024.
The seats are allotted based on the all-India rank of the students in UCEED 2024 and their choices of colleges. Elected students have to pay the acceptance fee of INR 60,000 for the general category and other reserved category classes have to pay, INR 15,000.
UCEED 2024 Counselling Schedule
Round: 1. April 10. Payment of Seat acceptance fees– April 10 to April 18. Withdrawal of seat, exit from seat allocation process– April 19 to April 30.
Round: 2. May 10. Payment of Seat acceptance fees– May 10 – May 18. Withdrawal of seat, exit from seat allocation process– May 19 to May 31.
Round: 3. June 10. Payment of Seat acceptance fees– June 10 to June 14. Withdrawal of seat, exit from seat allocation process– June 15 to June 19.
Round: 4. June 24. Payment of Seat acceptance fees– June 24 to June 28. Withdrawal of seat, exit from seat allocation process– June 29 to July 01.
Round: 5. July 03. Payment of Seat acceptance fees– July 03 to July 09.
How to Check UCEED 2024 Seat Allotment
To check the allotment, candidates have to visit the official website.
Step 1- Go to the website https://portal.iitb.ac.in/bdesapp
Step 2– Under the “Online application steps” section click on “Login” to accept the next step.
Step 3- Enter the email ID, password and click on “Login” to sign in.
Step 4- To register as a new user, click on “New user? Click here to register” option to access the next step.
Step 5- Provide your email address and click on “Register” to complete the process.
UCEED 2024 Seat Allotment- Freeze, Float and Slide Option
Candidates who received seats for BDes admissions 2024 can select from “Freeze”, “Float”, and “Slide” options.
Freeze– You can confirm your seat through Freeze option. This means that you have already accepted the seats and will not participate in the counseling session.
Float- This option suggests that you will accept the seats and already considering for an upgrade in the future rounds.
Slide- This means you decline the allotted seats. With this option you can exit the seat allotment procedure if you are not satisfied with it.
