Top NIRF Ranked Medical Institutes in Tamil Nadu 2024: Check @nirfindia.org

Ministry of Education declared Top NIRF Ranked Medical Institutes in India on 12 August 2024. In the list AIIMS Delhi received the first rank in the medical department. Other than that, 7 other colleges from Tamil Nadu were included in the top 50 list. Christian Medical College has the third rank and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is at the eighth position. Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore

This institute received the third rank in the overall medical category. Situated in the southern part of Vellore, the college was founded in 1932.

Popular Programs: BSc (Nursing), MBBS, BSc Allied Health Sciences, MPH

Course Fees: The fee depends on the courses; it can range from INR 35,000 and INR 1 lakh.

Placements: For the 2021-22 sessions, one student from Undergraduate department received the medial salary of INR 4,33,550 per annum.

 

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham

This institute has 8^th rank in the overall medical category. The college has ‘A++’ grade from NAAC for its academic excellences.

Madras Medical College and Government General Hospital, Chennai

This institute has the 10^th position in the list. Founded in 1835, the college is well-known for its glorious history of high-quality medical education.

Course fees: The annual course fee can depend on the programs. It can range from INR 18,000 and INR 1 lakh.

Placements: In 2021-22 academic session, total 250 students passed the Undergraduate programs. Among them 87 received job offers with the median salary of INR 9,09,600. The rest of the 163 candidates opted for higher studies.
