SRM IST Chennai Admission 2024– The Sri Ramaswamy Memorial Institute of Science and Technology, SRM IST, Chennai is now accepting registrations for Ph.D., UG, and PG courses through different entrance tests. Aspirants can apply on the official website, srmist.edu.in.

Based on the programs, the last application date is April 13, 2024, or April 22, 2024. The entrance exam for engineering programs will end on April 13, 2024. Phase 2 registration will open on April 22, 2024. PhD admission will open on April 30, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for the Courses at SRM IST 2024

• BTech: 12^th class degree with 60% marks. Mandatory subjects include Physics, Mathematics, and at least one of Biotechnology / Zoology/ Biology / Chemistry / Computer Science / Information Technology / Informatics Practices / Engineering Graphics / Botany, Qualifying marks in the SRMJEEE or any national Engineering entrance test.
• Des: 12^th class degree with 50% marks. Candidates with UCEED scores will get preference.
• BArch: 12^th class in PCM stream with 50% marks. Qualifying score in NATA or similar architecture entrance test.
• MTech: B.E/B. Tech in a related field with over 50% aggregate marks.
• Health Sciences UG program: 12^th class degree with 50 % marks in PCB / PCM stream and NEET UG score.
• Health Sciences PG program: Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks and NEET PG score.
• Health Sciences PhD program: Minimum 50% in a relevant Master’s degree (Preferably MBBS). Some specializations require a personal interview or a written essay test.

Steps to Apply for SRM IST Admission 2024

Candidates have to visit the official website of SRM IST. Follow the below steps.

Step 1– Go to the official website, srmist.edu.in.

Step 2- At the homepage’s center, click the “Applications are now open for UG, PG programs, Apply Now” option to access the next step.

Step 3– Here, at the center right side of the page enter name, email address, mobile number, select state, select city, select faculty/college, select degree, select program. Enter the captcha, agree to the terms, and click “Register” to complete the process.

Step 4- If you are a registered user, click on the “EXISTING USER? LOGIN” option to access the next step.

Step 5– Provide the registered email, and password and click on “Login” to sign in.

Step 6- Complete the application and pay the fee.
