Eligibility Criteria for RRB JE Recruitment 2024
Candidates must be 18 years old, and the maximum age limit is 36 as of 1st January 2024.
Aspirants can submit only one form, if they are applying for more than one posts. They can only apply for one vacancy under RRB.
Junior Engineer– Candidates must have completed a Degre or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board or university.
Depot Material Superintendent– Candidates must have completed a Degre or Diploma in Engineering.
Junior Engineer (Information Technology)- Aspirants must have passed DOEACC B level course, PGDCA/BSc programs for three years from a recognized university.
Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant– Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science stream with the subjects such as Chemistry and Physics, with at least 55% marks.
How to Apply for RRB JE Recruitment 2024
Candidates have to visit the official website. Follow the below steps.
Step 1– Go to the official website rrbapply.gov.in.
Step 2- On the homepage, click on “Apply” to access the drop down and click on “Create an account” option to access the next step.
Step 3– Enter personal information, Aadhar details, contact details, create login details and click on “Preview and Create Account” to complete the registration.
Step 4– To login, at the upper right side of the application form click on “Already have an Account? Login Here” to access the next step.
Step 5- Provide the registered mobile number or email address, password and click on “Login” to sign in.
Selection Process of RRB JE 2024 Recruitment
There will be two stages of the computer-based exam, and it will be followed by the verification of documents and medical test.
- For a wrong answer 1/3 negative marking will be applicable.
- According to RRB, candidates who took the first CBT will get the refund of a part of the application fee after deducting the bank charges.
