The government of India has developed this grant for the students from DNT, semi-nomadic tribes, Nomadic, and OBC categories. Candidates from 9th grade and 11th grade can apply for this scholarship. The selection of candidates is done by the YASASVI ENTRANCE TEST 2024, which is a written exam.
DNT and EBC, students can apply for the top-class college and top-class school through this NSP portal. Through this grant candidates from underprivileged backgrounds can get equal access to education. Students of class 9 to 12 can get the amount of INR 75,000. Candidates of Classes 11 and 12 can get INR 1.5 lakh.

PM YASASVI Scheme 2024 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be the citizens of India.
- Applicants must belong to the categories such as OBC/ EBC/ DNT SAR/NT/SNT.
- Students must have passed 8th grade to apply for the 10th grade test.
- The annual income of the candidate’s parents must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
- Candidates applying for the 9th grade must be born between April 1, 2004 and March 31, 2008.
- Applicants applying for the 11th grade, must be born between April 1, 2004 and March 31, 2008.
- Students of all genders can apply for the program.

How To Apply for PM YASASVI 2024 Scheme
Candidates have to visit the official website. Follow the below steps.
1. Visit the official website:
Go to the official website yet.nta.ac.in.
2. Check the notification:
At the upper right side of the page click on “PUBLIC NOTICE_CANCELLATION OF YET 2023” to check the notification.
3. Apply for the PM YASASVI 2024 Scheme:
You have to go to the official website of NSP scholarships.gov.in. At the center left side of the page click on “The Portal is open for One Time Registration (OTR) for students. Apply now” under “Announcements” section to access the next step. Here, at the center left side of the page click on “New user? Register yourself” option to access the next step. Agree to the terms and click on “Next” option to access the next step. Enter Mobile Number, Enter OTP, captcha and click on “Verify” to register.
4. Login with the profile:
To login, return to the login section, and at the center left side of the page enter the OTR, password, captcha and click on “Login” to sign in.
Once logged in you can submit the required documents and take a print out of the application for future use.
5. Reset OTR:
If you forgot the OTR, click on “Forgot OTR” option to access the next step. Provide the Aadhar number, enter captcha and click on “Submit” to reset the OTR.
6. Reset Password:
If you can’t remember the password, click on “Forgot Password?” option to access the next section. Enter the OTR, OTP, captcha and click on “Verify” to reset the password.
PM YASASVI Scholarship Scheme Result 2024-25
NTA will declare the result of the YASASVI entrance exam result 2024-25 in January 2025. Students can check and download the result from the official website, yet.nta.ac.in, using their application number and date of birth.
