About the successful completion of the first day of the exam, NTA stated that careful planning was the main reason the exam experienced a fair and smooth process. Students with multiple subject selection took the test in the same exam venue, and there were enough breaks between shifts for better convenience. The first two shifts were conducted in the same exam room to avoid any hassle.
This year’s test is being held within 8 days, which is a significant change from the 34-days exam dates of the last year. The NTA offers this efficiency with the large-scale use of the pen and paper format for multiple subjects with highest number of registrations, which has helped the exam process and reduced the number of dates.
The NTA added that they implemented several measures to help the students, which includes announcing the exam schedule properly in advance and making sure that the students are allotted to exam venues near their homes. All candidates have been given the centers with their first choice of exam centers in their home states.
