What is the NIRF Rankings 2024?

The NIRF Rankings, or National Institutional Ranking Framework Rankings, are a way of ranking colleges and universities in India. The Indian government introduced this system in 2015 to help students, parents, and educators understand how different institutions compare in terms of quality.

NIRF Rankings 2024- Overview

The NIRF Rankings 2024 is out now and IIM Ahmedabad is at the first position followed by other IIMs such as IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Kozhikode, IIT -Delhi, and IIM-Calcutta. The NIRF Rankings were declared today on August 12, by Dharmendra Pradhan the Union Education Minister of India. The rankings were declared at the Bharat Mandapam in Delhi.

This year there was a rise in number of colleges who registered for the ranking. Since the launch of NIRF Rankings 2024 recorded a high rank of 10,885 institutions applying.
