Guideline for NEET 2024 registration Form Photograph Upload
Other than the documents’ file size and format, students must follow the NTA guidelines for uploading the photographs, left and right-hand finger thumb impressions, and signature.
- The scanned postcard photograph should be from 10 KB to 200 KB.
- The scanned passport size photograph size should be from 10 KB to 200 KB.
- The format of the file should be JPG or JPEG.
- The photographs should be black and white or colored with 80% of the face without a mask with a white background.
- The photograph must not be less than 3-months old
Guidelines for NEET 2024 Application Form Signature Upload
- The file format must be JPG only.
- The scanned signature should be between 4 KB to 30 KB.
- The signature should be on white paper and with a black ballpoint pen.
- The signature should be in running letters and not in capital letters.
- If students upload the wrong format they will be cancelled.

- Candidates have to put right and left-hand fingers with the thumb impressions according to the provided template.
- The impressions should be clearly legible.

Proof of Citizenship Documents Required for NEET UG 2024 Registration
Candidates under the categories of Overseas Citizen of India, OCI, Foreign Citizen, Non-Resident Indian, and NRI have to upload the below detailed documents.
A scanned copy of the passport– The first and last page. It must have the place of issue, date of issue, nationality of the student, and other details.
Citizenship Certificate– This certificate should be issued by the authority of the country of nationality the candidate belongs to. It must have the place of issue, date of issue, issuing authority, validity period, name of the students, etc.
Category Certificates Required for NEET 2024 Application Form
Candidates from the reserved categories have to upload their category certificates.
- OBC-NCL certificate, issued on or after April 1, 2023, by the recent guidelines of the Government of India.
