Both non-GATE and GATE candidates can apply for the ECE & CSE MTech admission in IIIT Delhi in 2024. It’s important to note that the GATE score is compulsory for the CB candidates. CSE applicants will get a monthly stipend of INR 21000. Whereas, candidates taking admission through GATE will get INR 12400.

IIIT Delhi MTech Entrance Exam 2024 Eligibility
- Applicants must have 65% marks in the qualifying test.
- Reserved category students have to provide 60% marks.
- The qualifying exam for MTech ECE is MSc in Electronics or B. Tech/BE in ECE/EE.
- The qualifying test for CS is MCA/MSc in CS/IT or B.Tech./BE.

How to Complete IIIT Delhi MTech Entrance Exam 2024 Application Form
To apply for the test, candidates have to visit the official website. Follow the below steps to understand the process.
Step 1– Go to the official website iIIITd.edu.in/mtech2024
Step 2– Here, enter the registered email, and password and click on “Sign in” to complete the login.
Step 3– If you need to register as a new applicant, click on the “Register as a new applicant” option to access the next step.
Step 4– Provide the candidate’s full name, email, mobile no, password, and retype password. Now, click on “Register” to get registered.
