The scholarship aims to ensure that no student has to drop out or forgo their studies due to a lack of financial resources. It is one of the most significant financial aid programs offered by IIM Ahmedabad.
Candidates having a gross annual family income below Rs 15 lakh can apply.
IIMA Exit Scholarships
IIM Ahmedabad Exit Scholarships help students who want to pursue careers in social and non-profit sectors after graduating. The Exit Scholarship is designed to support students who choose lower-paying jobs in the social sector, such as NGOs, instead of high-paying corporate jobs.
Students who secure a job in a social or non-profit organization with a lower salary compared to corporate roles can apply.
The scholarship helps cover the difference in earnings, ensuring that financial constraints don’t stop students from following their passion for making a difference in society.
PGP Alumni Endowment Funds at IIM Ahmedabad
The PGP Alumni Endowment Funds are financial contributions made by former students (alumni) of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) at IIM Ahmedabad. These funds are used to support current students and various initiatives at the institute.
The funds are intended to help with scholarships, improve campus facilities, and support new projects or research at the institute.
Alumni who have graduated from the PGP program donate money to these funds as a way to give back to the institution. The funds help ensure that financial difficulties do not prevent deserving students from studying at IIM Ahmedabad. They also contribute to the overall growth and development of the institute.
