ETS TOEFL Declares Scholarship for Indian Students Aiming Higher Studies in UK

ETS TOEFL announced a scholarship for Indian students so they can access higher studies in the UK. The students will be selected for the scholarships by UK university and National Indian Students and Alumni Union, NISAU representatives. This one-time grant will cover the cost of transportation, books, tuition, and others.

The scholarship will support 10 Indian students with a grant worth INR 2.5 Lakh. Students who want to study higher education in the UK can apply for this scholarship on the official website, the TOEFL test. The last date for applying for this is July 15, 2024.

The scholarship offers help to students who want to study full-time postgraduate or undergraduate programs in the UNITED Kingdom in the 2024 fall or 2025.

Eligibility of UK-India TOEFL Scholarship

  • Students must have a score of 75 out of 120.
  • They also must have an offer letter from a UK university for Spring 2025 or fall 2024.
  • The candidates will be selected by UK university and NISAU representatives. The successful students will act as TOEFL ambassadors during their study duration.

How to Apply for UK-India TOEFL Scholarship

Students have to visit the official website. Follow the below steps.

Step 2- On the homepage, at the center left side of the page click on “Submit Your Application” option to access the next step.

Step 3- Applicants have to enter their 12th class scores, graduation scores, write an essay on “’Creating a social impact with a UK-based Education” in 500 words. Enter highlights of their academic and personal achievements. They have to submit the details by July 15, 2024.

TOEFL Student Ambassador

The recipient of UK-India TOEFL Scholarship will act like the ambassador of TOEFL, promote the program and share their experiences.

  • They will represent TOEFL at conferences and at events
  • Contribute to promotional and marketing activities such as and creating video testimonials, and writing blogs.
